That's right, R&R, Rest and Relaxation. Thursday night we packed up our kids and headed to St. George. Thanks Mom and Dad for the use of the condo. We had a blast just being together as a family. We played tennis, we swam, we fished at Sand Hollow (A very cool Lake), we shopped for fathers day and we just had fun. We also found a new sandwich shoppe which was pretty good, we tried the new In-and-Out Burger and we watched some DVDs. It was great to get away from it all for a few short days. On the way home we stopped at my parents for a terrific BBQ. The steaks were cooked to perfection and the company was great. My cousin Lorena was in town for work and she joined us at the BBQ. It was great to see her again, it seems like its been a long time. We then headed off to the Burrell's house to see Grandpa and Grandma Burrell. The kids played with Grandma's kitty Princess while we visited. We ended our great weekend by coming home and trying out the kid's new Rip-Sticks that were delivered while we were in St. George. We gave the kids each $100 for the sale of the puppies since they were such great help and they ordered their Rip-Sticks on Wal-Mart.com as quick as possible. I will have to post pictures of them riding them later on. Well, Happy Fathers Day to all the fathers out there, Especially to my Dad, my Father in law and of course to the best dad ever, SHAWN, the father of our Children. I love you all!! TTYL--Kathy

I've never really seen what St George has to offer. I've only drove through on my way to somewhere else. Looks like lots of fun! I talked to Shawn today, so sorry to hear about Byron's son. I heard the story, but didn't know the connection. we'll talk later about it i'm sure. Glad you had a fun weekend!
So this post made me jealous. It looks beautiful & to have access to a condo in St. George during the winter will be so much fun!
Looks like so much fun. We can't wait to go again. Where is the place with the cool rocks?
What a fun trip! Isn't it nice to get away for some R&R.
