For all you Hendrick's out there who missed the reunion, we missed you. This year it was my Great Uncle Sid's turn to host. That meant California. We decided to drive so we could stop in Lake Tahoe on the way there and stop in San Francisco on the way home. At Lake Tahoe we spent time with some of my Aunts, Uncles, and their families. We played on the beach, ate pizza overlooking the beach, kayaked, fished for crawdads and just had an all around good time. We then drove on to Petaluma CA where Sid and Gigi live. On the way, we stopped at Six Flags and spent the day there (sorry no pictures of that day.) Then we went on to Sid and Gigi's for dinner. We had a great time with all my extended family. We were entertained with a hot air balloon ride, paint-balling, swimming in their pool, jumping in the mud when the tide went out, and LOTS and LOTS of great food. The last night there was some great music and a fun musician for the kids. After a few days at their house we went into San Francisco with my Parents, my Grandparents and our kids. We had a great time looking at the sea-lions on Pier 39 and having a great lunch. Sadly our vacation had to come to an end. We can't wait until next year for the next Hendrick's Family Reunion.
