On Monday night I actually got a date with my husband. We went to see the Utah Jazz cream the Atlanta Hawks....108-89. Now the best part of this date was to be with Shawn (we take so few opportunities to go out without the kids)....but...we also were able to sit on the 4th row thanks to our friends the Hicks. It was AWESOME. I was so mad that I didn't take my good camera but I took some pictures with my phone. I made sure to get one of Deron Williams for Nick, (he still is the favorite) and I got some of Kyle Korver for Savannah, OK, for me too but mostly for Savannah. Hee Hee. I have been a Jazz fan since I was a kid and I have never been able to sit so close. We could actually hear the players yelling at each other. Again I have to say that it was AWESOME.
Us at the Jazz Game.
Kyle Korver is number 26.
Our Friends, Erin and Brian Hicks.
This is the best picure I have of Deron Williams, number 8.
Did I forget to mention Shawn's favorite part, the Jazz Dancers? Just Kidding!!!!!

M.I.A.--"Missing in Action"
Yep we are still here. The kids went off-track for school and it has kinda thrown my schedule "off-track!" Even though it has been almost a month since I have posted, I don't have too much to say. We have pretty much been "lumps on a log" since school let out. Here is what you missed.
4. We finished off our Jr. Jazz season with a bang. The kids both did really well this year and they had a blast playing. I got a bunch of pictures but they are all fuzzy ( I think my camera is having problems, I need to get it checked out) but here are a few cute pictures of the kids in action.Savannah has the ball!!!
Nick has the ball!!!
5. We finished out our off-track time with a trip to Sunny St. George. It wasn't super warm but it was warmer than Salt Lake. The kids and I headed down there on Monday so we could beat the storm that was on its way in. We stopped in Beaver at a Dairy Queen to have ice-cream with Tony and Charayne who were on their way home from St. George. It was fun to meet them part-way and the kids had a blast. We spent time alone with my mom for a few days before Shawn and my Dad came down. We had fun just hanging out and spending time together. On Saturday we decided to head over to Las Vegas for the day since it had been a few years since we had taken the kids. We spent a little while exploring the strip, had a fun but expensive time at the M&M store and finished off our trip with a yummy buffet at Excalibur's. It was a day well spent as a family and the kids had a blast. Me and Nick at New-York, New-York's kid zone.

He is so cute!!!

The kid's with Grandpa and Grandma Simister in front of the Strip.
All in all it was a good Off-Track and we had alot of fun.
