So last year Nick's best friend Drake got a "real" Mohawk and Nick wanted one so bad too and was so mad when I wouldn't let him have one. He got a "faux"hawk instead and let me tell you he was pretty grumpy about it. This summer I broke down and let him get a "real" Mohawk. He looked like a hooligan all summer but he was such a happy hooligan. I made him cut it before school started back up though. I didn't want his teacher to be scared. It's funny how the little things in life can make a kid happy.
