Jr. Jazz 2010-2011

Another year of Jr. Jazz has come and gone.  Both Savannah and Nick decided to play basketball again this year.  They both had a blast.  Luckily, they were both able to be on a team that had a friend on it.  That always makes sports so much fun.  On Savannah's team, she had Lacey and Lacey's cousin Lauren.  These three girls have been on the same Jr. Jazz team for the last three years or so.  They all did so well even though they weren't able to win too many games.  Some of the other teams that they played happened to be "Superleague" teams and our girls just couldn't compete.  That didn't stop them from trying though.  They went out there each and every week and they played hard.  Really Hard.  It was awesome to watch. 

Nick was able to be on a team with Mackinley Atkinson from our ward. He is a cute kid that Nick loves to hang out with. You could tell that the two of them liked to practice together because they ruled the court. Mac always knew where Nick was and Nick always knew where Mac was. They were an awesome force to be reckoned with. They got out there each week and played awesome. It was really fun to see the two of them hit basket after basket.

Like I said, another season has come and gone, but there is always next year, and the next year, and the next year.............
